‘Rosea’ crape myrtle clothes itself in soft shell‑pink trusses, attracting butterflies from midsummer onward. Reaching 3 m, it develops captivating, flaking bark in cream and tan. Provide six hours of direct sun, regular summer water and balanced fertiliser for best show. Prune in late winter to open the centre and renew flower wood. Hardy to −12 °C in sheltered microclimates.
